Update : Gangstar New Orleans is now available for iOS and Android devices, and Windows 10 PCs and tablets.
It is nearly here
There has been a steady drip of information to get us excited up to this point, and we are now primed. If you have missed it, then head over to Gangstar’s Facebook page. There you will find information on the Factions of New Orleans that you will be facing. There are Bikers, Bootleggers, Brawlers, and Bangers – all battling to be boss of the Bayou (and the rest of New Orleans).
Study the world
Talking of the Bayou, back at the start of February the team posted two brilliant teaser videos that outlined the regions of New Orleans. The first of these showed a top-level view of the city, laying out the game’s 12 districts. Given Gangstar Vegas was spread over 4 districts you can be sure that GNO is going to be huge.
The second video gives you a deeper dive into these districts, taking you down to street level. Every one of these is distinct, providing flavor to the rich world the GNO team has created. The iconic Bourbon Street and French Quarter look incredible in the game’s distinctive art. Also, the Central Business District (CBD) looks busy and dense – bustling with life in a way that fires the imagination.
