United by a common desire to encourage greater diversity in the video game industry, mobile game studios Gameloft Montreal, Square Enix Montréal, and Ludia join forces for Next Lev’Elles 3: Building and Fostering Female Leadership, a virtual conference that celebrates women who have broken barriers to reach positions of influence and who are paving the way for the next generation of women in tech.
The free event was held on April 1, 2022, at 11:30 am ET and served as a fundraiser for community organizations that provide services to vulnerable women and their families through a partnership with Centraide of Greater Montreal.

This 3rd Next Lev’Elles virtual conference helped raise more than $7500! The funds raised are being invested in a network of 17 women’s centers across Greater Montreal that offer services tailored to the challenges faced by women based on the reality of each neighborhood. Concretely, these agencies aim to help women regain control of their lives thanks to a range of support services, including budgeting workshops, support groups for female victims, advice on family law, cultural integration, food aid, and more.
