Men in Black 3 official game for smartphones, tablets and feature phones launching alongside movie May 2012

PARIS – 20 March, 2012 -Gameloft, a global leading publisher of digital and social games, and Sony Pictures Consumer Products, Inc. today announced a licensing agreement on the Men in Black™ franchise and will launch the official mobile game in synch with one of 2012’s most anticipated movies,Men in Black 3.

“Gameloft is ecstatic to have the chance to team with Sony Pictures Consumer Products in working with such a successful franchise as Men in Black on the Men in Black 3 mobile game,” said Karine Kaiser VP Marketing and Licensing for Gameloft. “We see this as a great opportunity to provide a new and immersive way to engage with the films’ iconic characters and distinctive universe.”

Gameloft has worked closely with Sony’s team to bring a mobile freemium game that will please not only the fans of the Men in Black franchise, but also all the casual players due to its ease of use and free access. Players will not only get to interact with a selection of faithfully inspired characters and aliens of the Men in Black franchise but will have access to special equipment ranging from the Neuralyzer and Gravity Bombs, to the famous Noisy Cricket as well.

The Men in Black 3 game will be made available for iOS, Android devices and feature phones at the time of movie release worldwide, on May 25th, 2012.
