TRAINING & LEARNING CULTURE – SAIGON STUDIO (40%)
- Together with Senior L&D Specialist, take charge of the end-to-end process of organizing training and learning activities in accordance with Saigon Studio’s Annual training plan.
Ensure the training KPIs, including number of learners, learning hours, seat utilization rate, satisfaction rating, etc.
Ensure correct and continuous tracking and recording of Saigon training metrics and training budget.
Together with Senior L&D Specialist, plan for and deliver different activities to promote learning culture in the Studio (including but not limited to delivering Studio learning newsletters, organizing knowledge sharing sessions with internal experts, organize learning clubs, maintaining and promoting Studio library, etc.).
GLOBAL L&D COORDINATION (50%)
Be a team member of iLearn project (Gameloft’s Learning Management System) and work with relevant stakeholders to support the delivery of new features, new contents and ensuring increased number of users for the platform.
Support Global L&D Manager in initiatives to drive implementation of global L&D strategy (including but not limited to developing e-learnings on key topics of the organization, maintaining and fostering best practice sharing among global L&D Community, coordinating on global training programs, delivering global L&D newsletters, etc.).
OTHER TASKS (INCLUDING AD HOC PROJECTS/ TASKS) AS ASSIGNED (10%)
