Experience as a Creative Director or an ambitious Lead Game Designer with a background in AA/AAA
Shipped at least one AA/AAA title in a Creative Director or Lead Game Designer role
Proven experience building and leading teams through full production cycles
Proven experience pitching and working with clients to develop the vision, then collaborating with the leadership team, game designers, game programmers and artists to bring that vision to fruition
Past experience with Unreal
