Qualifications

Strong understanding of Disney-inspired or similar stylized aesthetics, including shape language, composition, and color theory;
Expertise in both hard-surface and organic modeling techniques;
Proficiency with tools such as Maya, Blender, 3DS Max, ZBrush, and texture/material authoring software like Substance Painter, Designer, and Photoshop;
Experience working with game-ready assets
Ability to adapt to established art styles and maintain visual consistency across assets;
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;
Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

Experience optimizing assets for mobile or live-service games;
Passion for stylized art and attention to detail;
Interest or experience working with Disney-inspired themes or family-friendly fantasy settings.

Key Responsibilities

Design and model stylized 3D props and environmental assets (buildings, decorations, interactive objects, themed items);
Collaborate closely with Concept Artists and Art Directors to ensure assets align with the project’s visual direction and Disney brand standards;
Prepare assets according to technical requirements and performance constraints;
Iterate on assets based on feedback from art and production teams;
Contribute to maintaining and improving art pipelines and workflows;
Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques relevant to stylized 3D art.
