Dungeon Hunter 5

Dungeon Hunter 5’s last update came packed with features and Limited Time Events for the Chinese year of the Rooster. But there was one other brilliant addition that we didn’t mention in our last check in – Gameloft’s dungeon-crawler now runs at 60 fps on all compatible devices.

Pushing the limits

For a long time 60 fps has been a benchmark for console and PC action games, and now Gameloft have brought it to Dungeon Hunter 5. This new frame rate makes the game’s stunning visuals look even better.

But you don’t have to take my word for it. They say, a picture is worth 1,000 words, and a video can have 60 pictures a second. So, rather than writing a 3,540,000 word post, here is a 59 second video from Dungeon Hunter 5’s YouTube page. Make sure you have all the settings turned up to fully appreciate its 60 fps majesty.

With the Year of the Rooster update, Dungeon Hunter 5 is now displayed in 60 frames per second on compatible devices!

Smooth as silk

Impressive isn’t it? And it is even better when you are playing. This hack 'n’ slash game's already fluid action is now smoother. Each move blends seamlessly into the next, creating a more satisfying and visceral play experience.

That is the real advantage of this upgrade, Dungeon Hunter 5 remains exactly the same fantastic game you love – just with all of the fast paced slaying action feeling even better.
