Functionality Tester CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

ABOUT THE JOB

Are you passionate about video games? Do you want to keep progressing in an exciting, young and dynamic environment? Gameloft is currently seeking a Functionality Tester to join our multimedia team in charge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the local CRM Coordinator, the Feature Tester must test online CRM system features, as well as the system s web interface, using Gameloft s internal development methods and standards, as well as the platform s technical requirements.

Create and update detailed test plans and procedures that will be used
Understand and adapt technical requirements by integrating them in QA checklists and testing strategies
Study lists of issues reported by users and include them in QA checklists
Occasionally ensure that CRM features are correctly implemented in games
Communicate with developers to help them solve problems and fix bugs
Help improve quality assurance standards and procedures

PROFILE

    Skills and Profile

    At least 6 months experience in software quality assurance (QA)
    Knowledge of work methods related to quality assurance techniques and tools
    Excellent organizational and documentation skills
    Versatile and comfortable working in a dynamic environment and with tight deadlines
    Excellent English communication skills
