ABOUT THE JOB
Responsibilities:
IT Service
Responsible for maintaining a computer, including its hardware and software, and its networks for the safety of the user.
Regularly checks the computer s hardware, software and network operating system for problems and fixes them immediately.
Responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of computers to provide and give maximum access to the users. This includes updating the programs and software, research potential services and programs and making recommendations on the purchase of the sources.
Installs and configures new computers and other IT equipment
Repairs and upgrades different types of computers (software and hardware)
Identifies problems and repair printers, copiers and scanners as well telephone and fax installations
Ensures the compliance to the right procedures which is approved by Studio Manager
2. IT Management
Communicates with HR department to get the recruitment plan in advance
Manages IT activities day to day at Studio
Manages IT team at studio for delivering good service to Users in satisfaction
Distributes and assigns resource to ensure IT service running smoothly
Manages hardware and software inventory within latest update
Tracks, prioritizes and document requests using an IT support request system
Manages and arranges well-ordered IT devices in store
Sends weekly report about Inventory and IT activities to Studio Manager
3. Device Management
Manages the internal device park and sets up an effective and adapted solution of management for the supported device list
Ensures that all the borrowers will strictly comply with the Hardware Management Policy
Supervises the preservation of devices following the Hardware Management Policy; ensures that the devices are in good condition and available once needed;
Proposes solutions in case of device loss or damage;
Proposes effective solutions for hardware Management Policy;
4. Hardware Services:
Provides and leads the Hardware team in providing effective support to the local Production team;
Coordinates with the Hardware team in daily registration and tracking of all the borrowed device from the production teams;
Provides supports and consultancies to the Hardware team in other studios upon the request by the Studio Manager and/or HQ Hardware Manager;
5. Team Management:
Supervises the Hardware team in their daily works, assigning tasks to team members in an effective way
Evaluates their performance with adequate recognition;
Liaises with the HQ Hardware team; ensuring there is an effective communication between HQ and the local Hardware team as deemed necessary;
6. Logistics and other tasks:
Coordinates the maintenance of devices as well as the purchasing of all the devices and other hardware accessories necessary for production work;
Manages logistics between studios in Vietnam and other studios in the world
Executes other Hardware tasks as requested by the Studio Manager's request;

PROFILE

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Expertise in computer architecture
Fluency in English communication
Highly skilled, knowledgeable and experienced about Windows and Linux operation system
Highly knowledgeable in networking and security
Good problem solving and decision making skills
Effective Leadership and Management skills
Well informed regarding mobile devices, gadgets, firmwares and new technologies
Shows a high sense of pro-activeness
