3D ANIMATOR

ANIMATION ‐  

ABOUT THE JOB

Create believable, high-quality animations and directly participating in implementing them in games.
Get actively involved in the game creation process by interacting with the game designer and art director.
Effectively contribute to the art pipeline and target platform constraints.
Receive feedback and modify work based on direction.
Meet project deadlines/milestones as set by project leads .
Demonstrate creativity and the ability to adapt to various game styles and graphic styles (cartoon, realistic, illustration, pixel, etc.).

PROFILE

    Passionate about video games.
    Previous experience as 3D animator, ideally in video games.
    Clear understanding of character motion, physics-based motion and of the fundamental principles of animation.
    Creative and stylish animation design (vehicles, objects, characters).
    Emphasis in human anatomy, character, and creature design/modeling/animation.
    Solid background in academic drawing, sketching and/or illustration is a plus.
    Proficient in 3DS Max (or Maya) .
    Ability to work as a team player with artists, designers, developers and producers.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
    Ability to estimate time to complete work, manage competing priorities.
